It would have been a good choice back then in the Gamecube days to have ported GTA to Gamecube, similar to how GTA Advance was ported to the Gameboy Advance. That way, more people could play the game, without needing to get more gaming consoles.

When you buy the Docks (it is called "The Boatyard" in-game), it unlocks a side mission called "Checkpoint Charlie". It is activated by entering the docked Squalo or Jetmax. When the side mission is activated, you are given about 3 minutes to collect a certain amount of checkpoints. After you collect all of the checkpoints (the last checkpoint is red instead of blue), you will complete the Boatyard Asset, and the Boatyard will generate $2000 daily. The mission itself can be repeated as many times as you like, but you will be given a shorter time, but a larger award for completion.

This is probably just a glitch or a game bug, because I never experienced that problem before.

The Chopper side-missions (the ones where you have to navigate a Sparrow to get checkpoints) are unlocked to the player after the completion of the mission "Rub Out". There is one in Vice Point, one in Ocean Beach, one in Little Haiti and one in Downtown. The Downtown Chopper Checkout is only avaliable after completiong the mission "G-Spotlight"

The name is Ricardo Diaz. "Diaz" is his surname while "Ricardo" is his first name, although the in-game characters usually always call him "Diaz".

Or, grab a baseball bat and start clubbing pedestrians at nighttime at Ocean Beach. As soon as they die, pick up the money they drop. The reason you might not have the radio station files for vc is because you probably might have not installed the audio files during the time of installation usually it would ask if you want to install the audio files during installation you can download them right from here or alternitively, you can just google it.
