  1. I'm sorry I just have to point out... Avatars Anyway my avatar is my initials strangely enough. Nice font, splattering of paint, and a background that fits for the rows in the skin here, except every other post is coloured a slightly lighter grey (like this one) so it doesnt quite fit exactly.
  2. ^ Just make a big mistake insulting Spaz < Considers warning above member for a six-month bump V Will feel the wrath of Spaz
  3. Yeah it is, naming the file "GRAW" doesn't help
  4. Which mods had you just installed when this problem started to occur, or has it gradually got worse? I'm not familiar with the DrawDistance 10X Mod, but was it just a single file replacement/edit, or is there a possibility that you forgot to undo one of the steps? You shouldn't have any problem on those specs, but I'd suggest just turning down the resolution a bit to see if that helps (800x600x32). Also try saving your game somewhere else (or using a different savegame) and see if it all loads faster in somewhere other than Doherty. If it is a case of your game rendering slower than it should, then the problem is probably one to do with configuration. If it is a case of your game simply not loading some areas at all, then thats a case of something actually going wrong.
  5. Yeah, JD got it well done - it's the top-left (NorthWest) corner of the map. Trying to get you to think outside of the er..box. Next question asked by JD.
  6. Hmm, that wasn't the one I was on about. Sure looks tall, is natural, but isn't exactly one big cliff drop, its stepped into two, even though the drop is straight down.
  7. Nope. Mt Chiliad isn't straight down. The tall star-shaped helipad building in LS is taller, but isn't a cliff. The "Big pointy building" also happens to be man-made. The big mesa thing isn't the biggest cliff drop either. The drop I'm thinking of is almost 100% vertical, isn't stepped down. Its also a "natural" feature (well it is in a game i suppose).
  8. Isn't that a bit lazy?
  9. Lmao, right okay here we go.. *keeps a straight face* You need to change a file in order to re-activate the Hot Coffee scenes. Rockstar never intended for this to happen so there is no easier way of doing it. There is no simple keycode or cheat. However, I cannot fathom out why you would get enjoyment out of a pixelised humping game. You want porn? That's what the internet happens to be for.
  10. Okay.. bit different this time Where is the biggest sheer cliff drop (straight down) in the whole of San Andreas?
  11. We'd rather you didn't talk about CD-Cracks here. They are illegal software. If you contact Take2 they may be able to provide you with a new CD, so long as you can prove you owned one in the first place. There is no decent way to get round CRC (cyclic redundancy check) errors, you may have to buy a new copy of the game, get a new CD from Take2, or go without.
  12. I agree there, he is just one of the few people I just want nothing to do with ever again. I don't want to kill him, I don't want to fix him, or send him to counselling, or lock him up. I just don't want him to exist anymore. Its not a case of hating him, it could be a mental illness, bad childhood and repression of his blatant homosexuality - it may not be all his fault. As for meeting Chris, he's just gotta make it through the next couple of weeks.
  13. Alan wake is not out yet. If you read the site you would realise this. This topic is also four months old, please be more careful when you post.
  14. The image in your post didn't show up, just showed the emoticon, so I deleted it. Checking the deleted post, the image is there now, so I've put it back in your above post.
  15. Haha thats a good point, some people would have bought a PSP just for this game (and then bought some others afterwards). Yeah I know it's portable and everything, but now that it'll be available for the PS2s everybody's got, there's no need for the underwhelming PSP. I feel sorry for those that don't play it regularly.
  16. You can spawn the Andromeda using any good trainer program for San Andreas. Check our downloads.
  17. He DID fade them, look at post number 6 in this thread.
  18. Yeah I apologise, I did realise as soon as I posted it that it was probably the publisher that decided that. But I don't like the game anyway Oooh zino's biased against something for a change
  19. Well thats just stupid. Big thumbs down to Rockstar Leeds from me. Sorry.
  20. Why are you out of your cage again, Switch? But yeah seriously, Chris - kudos. And glad everybody seems to like it. Just the forums to re-vamp (again) now.
  21. Yeah the images need to be blended a bit better. Its a bit too cluttered for me - this is just the banner for the site, not a focal point.
  22. As good as dartmoor and plymouth could be, Devon just doesn't have the cities needed for a good GTA game. There is no reason why Rockstar would choose Devon over thousands of other places they could pick. Bet you live there, right? I'm from near York, and I just can't see the level of crime needed for a GTA game fitting in around here.
