Well, when you finished the Portland Avenging Angel missions the first time, you should see the Avenger when you get to your Portland Safehouse. This is your only opportunity to get it so put it in your garage.

You can't obtain them without some kind of cheatdevice.

There was one in Flint County if you count that as part of San Fierro.

I know this was bumped but I'll add my reply. It's my most favorite GTA and for those that say Liberty City is bigger than Vice City, it's not. Vice City is bigger than Liberty City. I'm glad this topic starter was banned because he must not like the 80's scene. People really overreact. No swimming isn't the end of the world, it just adds another obstacle to GTA. Tommy Vercetti was the best GTA protagonist, IMO. So this GTA is definitely not a disappointment.

The Shoreside Vale safehouse is in Cedar Grove in Cartel territory. You can't save or put any vehicles in the Shoreside Vale garage yet because False Idols doesn't unlock Shoreside Vale. "Love on The Rocks" does so you're just a mission away.
