^ It's actually common practice for drugs to be transported in this way. Condoms are designed not to split (obviously) so, it provides an undetectable, 'safe' way to move drugs. Probably nowhere now. The only versions you can download are on Direct2Drive (google it) or Over Steam. Both will be V3 though, and you'll have to downgrade to modify them.
