What part are you having trouble with? Tips to get this one yourself (more bragging rights that way), do your sidework & max out your stats for your weapons. The ambulance, fire truck & police car (or bike) are the quickest way to make money & build CJ up handle missions. You also have stealth on your side, use the shadows & master the stealth kill. For the sky jumping part, practice some base jumping at the airstrip. Take a knife (for stealth kills, found 1 block N of hospital between Market & DT LS in loading dock) Magnum (Under the billboard at the S end of the beach, Playa Seville), MP5 (roof of Jefferson Hotel), Spas (hidden in planter, LVA freight depot, Las Venturas) & M4 (between W end of runways, Los Santos airport). Before taking the mission, attack rival gangs w/ these weapons for fun & profit. Hang in there & keep at it.

Your Nissan probably lacks "Tuning Dummies", part of the model where the hood, wings & other parts attach. Not sure what the issue is on the wheels, I've edited the files so I could change wheels on bikes & the game still works, bikes just look weird.

In the early part of the game you can do a lot of swimming to max your lung capacity. Once there you can easily do the amphibious assault mission. Hunting for Oysters helps.

The lists & locations of the lists are completely different. You need to work on spelling, there is no "GTA VS". It's either "Vice City" where you play Tommy Vercetti or "Vice City Stories" where you play Vic Vance. Since you're playing PC I'll presume you're playing VC (PC VCS is probably illegal copy). Buy the car dealer between Little Havana & the airport. Go behind the the building & down in the pit, you'll find the lists & pick up for VC races by the East garage door..

You can do a search for VC script mods, I know there used to be an I-420 mod than included some new missions & a highway that ran around the islands. Ford caught a huge break, they went into the bailout mess w/ an $8 billion cash reserve. They also had more luck in their union headaches. I think they're going to make it between truck sales, fleet (only) sales of the Crown Vic & the upcoming return of the Fiesta to the US. Flex-fuel & hybrids help. News at GM just keeps getting better. They got some cash (I think $15 billion) but it came w/ a June 1st deadline to restructure. Last word, they still had union problems. The US government now owns about half of GM. Besides killing Pontiac, GM is giving up 43% of it's dealerships, shutting down 1/3 of it's factories & letting go of about 1/3 of it's workforce. RUMOR has it the upcoming Volt (Chevy's new plug-in hybrid) is canceled. The Volt is Chevy's Prius killer, designed to go 40 miles just on batteries before the gas engine kicks in.
