The frame is an '85 converted to a hard tail, the engine is a '75 Sporty 5-speed converted to Shovel Head (these are the fast ones) displacing an even 1000 cc (60 inch) & dynos at 85-90 hp. I'm not sure, but the discs feel like Lexan (same stuff they make jet fighter canopies out of). Considering that few things are harder on stuff than kids (especially little kids) it makes sense that they'd be made out of something tough. So, yes, they're a type of plastic.

I had some weird glitches awhile back, turned out it was an intermittent connection in the power cord. I made sure everything was tight & haven't had problems since. Sounds dumb, but it worked for me. Anyway, good luck. Oh look, more top-notch MS tech support for the win. (Yes, that was sarcasm.)

A 3000 lb car w/ a 350 small block, do the math. If the rear wheels hook up, this thing'll be a white knuckle ride. Probably no room for them (did I mention the 350 small block in a 3000 car thing?). Back to the original question, shooting cars works fairly quickly to upgrade skill w/ any weapon. There's a parking lot under the Mulholland interchange (Just N of Off Track Betting) that has a few. the most attention I usually get is one star, disappears quickly or there's several bribes in the area. Ammu-Nation opens after the mission "Doberman" from Sweet, starts gangwars.

The Garage you're trying to access is the chopshop you take cars to when you collect them for "export". Find the cars through tips from Stevie via Niko's phone.

Definitely worth the money (TLAD), if it's any indication of what to expect than TBoGT should be a good one. As for characters, Johnny K was the first GTA character I could really identify with.

The car in the video was made to support tuning parts, most downloadable cars aren't. Whoever made that car did extra work & probably knows a little more about modeling cars.

In SA she makes several references to "Claude". Read somewhere that buried in GTA3 files are references to Claude speed as the player character. I think it was in a GTA timeline article in a game magazine just before the release of GTA4. I expected his voice would sound like Mark Walberg. In SA R* could have tied up a few things by having some kind of shootout between CJ & Claude ending in Claude being shot in the throat & rendered mute.
