I think Fun GT has original DATA files on his site, intended as backups for people who own the game. If you have a PS2 style controller, lean forward a little to pickup speed on bikes. Good Luck.

I still have a working copy of DOS 3.3 left over from my old 286.I suppose it's a little off topic since that one never gave any problems, but it's still a far cry from my current "Rocket Box 3.0"

The Veyron can run full speed for 12 minutes before it runs out of gas. Within the last couple of years, some guy in New York (state) ran from the cops in one. Just walked away from them. I think he also out ran the State Patrol helicopter. They caught him at the gas station.

Can you list your mods? Someone might recognize your problem. Did you backup the original files? If so, did you try to put the originals back in? What's the last thing that happens before you crash (a certain vehicle or ped shows up, a phone call or cutscene)? Can you start at the beginning of the game or did you add mods between missions? Presume you're on V1 since you're into the game before it crashes.

It's cool. Mission builder is THE tool for placing weapons & vehicles. If you want to tackle this yourself, I can send you some bits of code & tell you where they go in the MAIN.SCR file. If not, PM me w/ your e-mail & I'll send you a script w/ some save files for it.

I gotta go w/ GiftedMisfit on this, using a hacked HANDLING file for a stunting video is kinda cheating. And before anyone says anything about me offering tuning services in the trading stalls, stunting is not what I had in mind. Granted, I just tune 'em & what you do w/ them is your deal. But to make a stunting video w/ them is like those little ass-clowns using mod chips for online HALO. And it's a slap to the people who do it honestly. For your other tuning needs, talk to me.

I pulled a lot of stuff of GTA-Downloads (what's up with them, all I get anymore is "We'll be Back...."). When that site quit working, I started coming here & watching the forums for useful bits of script code for SA. Since my time can be limited I decided to just stick w/ 1 forum. I liked what I found & now you're stuck w/ me.

I didn't find any in the tutorials section of SA modding. I've been using SA Mission Builder (Barton Waterduck?) & it's not bad once you figure it out. If you're not comfortable using a script editor, PM me & I'll see what I can do. Fair warning, your save files won't be any good w/ a new script. So if you want to use your old save files, save the old script w/ them. Maybe I should open another shop in the trading stalls. Money. Respect. POWER!!!

Mercedes. Candy was too busy playing "dress up" w/ politicians. Haitians used regular Burritos to transport the bikes to the meeting. What mission used the Gang Burrito?

I haven't seen a 500 yet for VC but if you look in the DOWNLOADS sections under Bikes, there's some decent ones there. I've added the Kawasaki 900 in my VC, Bike is SWEET! There's newer ones too. Good luck.

Just so we're on the same page, you want to place weapons in your game? IPL (Item Placement List) only places models in the game, I have seen IPL mods claiming to spawn vehicles & weapons but have yet to find one that actually works. If there is a mod that accomplishes that, point me to it. I have placed vending machines, casino games & food carts (all working) w/ IPL mods. The GOOD news - I have had EXCELLENT luck doing this w/ script mods (SA version 1)! If interested, I could help you out on that. If I did this right, you should have a picture of my work. I also stocked a nice National Guard Depot. I'm sure you already know about the issues w/ SA version 2. If not, get the downgrader.
