IBM (Infernal Bowel Movement) (Cr)aptiva 166 Bought from a pawn shop, Had to wipe the HDD (8 gig, I think). Previous owner had like 11 net services on it & deleted part of the OS to make room. No problem till I discovered it had the "All in Wonder" card. Insert F-bombs here. "All in Wonder" had the audio, video, modem & drive controllers on it so I needed a driver for my CD Rom to reload the OS. Retard at IBM wanted to sell me a bootable CD w/ the OS & couldn't understand why that did me no good. Turned out the CD Rom had to have the proprietary driver for that machine to work, a 7meg file they quit supporting. Finally paid Best Buy to reload it & they told me next time all I needed was a Win 95 boot floppy. Spank you IBM!

If you've already covered this, kindly disregard. How practicle would a "Bookmarks" option next to "My controls", "View Unanswered Posts", etc. Would make it easier to keep track of threads that have fallen off of new posts. Just a thought.

The Gulf GT 40 looked sharp, but I like the computer controls a lot better. Points ignition is okay but the modern kit is a lot more reliable, especially at high RPMs & takes a lot less maintenance. The Webber carbs make plenty of power & look sweet, but tuning them could be a nightmare! I'm too old fat & lazy for that, I'll get the software & tune it w/ my laptop. Frank Zappa said "Quit school & educate yourself at the library". I can understand that, the public schools here would be a joke, but nobody's laughing. But stick it out, even if the education is worthless. I don't know about the rest of the world but in the US, dropping out is the worst thing you could put on a resume. Same for a GED (means you passed a test for the credit but still dropped out). And sit-up & finish your veggies...

Maybe Chris should go on holiday now & stock up on Doritos & Mountain Dew for the 28th.

That would be as close to rich as possible. The weapons in the trunk are nice, but I thought they could've put a little more work into it. You call for a car & it automatically had every weapon you owned in it. for realism, you call for the car (or get it out of a garage) & select the weapons you want stocked. If something happens to the car, you lose those weapons w/ the car. There was one nice thing about the Scarface setup, I never had to buy my weapons, just pick up after a fire fight or call a henchman.

The Tauruses aren't so bad, even the 3.0s move along. The 3.8s use the same engine as my Mustang so if wanted to do a little work, the parts are there. The 3.8s are also packed in pretty tight & can be a bitch to work on.

Have seen "Congo Line" pics of Towtrucks & Farm Tractors, is the effect you were after? Only here for a couple minutes now but if interested, I'll see if I can dig one up later.
