So far I've found 3 instances of putting people in the trunk - 1 - Manny & his cameraman when Elizabeta kills them. 2 - Jeff (random character) kills his wife & sticks her in the back of a Blista for you to get rid of. 3 - When you transfer Gracie to a different safe house.
