My friend Ben Mccann has a few cousins, one of them is Richard Archer, lead singer of the alternative rock band Hard-Fi. If anyone of you are related to someone famous, then post it here, saying who they are, what occupation etc and DON'T post 'I'm related to Tom Cruise' or someone as high-profile as that, because I'll know you're lieing. I think he was a quite good player as well, back in the 1970's. Just found out, it was Gordon Hill, who was a winger. My dad was a left-back, like I am and Gordon was on the opposing side. I think my dad played him 2 or 3 times as well. He said 'You had to keep an eye on him, he was dangerous.' It isn't impossible to be related to well known superstars, y'know. They DO have families and histories, too. They aren't random people who just spawn in Hollywood. They aren't created in a factory. A few yeays back, I was in MVC (an entertainment shop sadly no more...) with my parents and we were looking for a dvd to buy, when John Thaw walked in! Some of you might not know who he is, but he played a character called Inspector Morse in a drama self titled Inspector Morse. Another person I met about 11 or 12 years ago was Norman Wisdom! I have a photo of me and him in my bedroom, although I don't really wanna post it here because it will be embarassing for me... My great great grandfather changed his last name when he came to America (from England) for the 2nd time because he had killed a man the first time he came here. But a friend and I went to a Jessica Andrews http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jessica_Andrews concert in 1999. She had a song out (her biggest hit at that point) called "You go First" It was about a teenage couple scared to kiss for the first time. I'm not sure is he still on that position, but he used to be a really big shot about 10 years ago. Ofc, none of you know/care. Other than that, I know the people from Prljavo Kazalište (Dirty Theather - DaredevilX might know...). It's a croatian rock band, very popular. One of my friend's father works with them (he's in audio production stuff) so I occasionaly see them at his place. I've met a few other famous people but you wouldn't know&care.
