Vice city is basically scarface the movie (Watch it and you will understand) Its been proven that gang warfare would stop eventually after going after 1 person Its been proven that the MOB doesn't stop once the word goes out. This is a fight though, and it matters how you put it. If you use the two games' features like muscle, swimming etc. then no doubt full muscle C.J. would win. But if you are talking about by just judging them as people, I personally think Tommy would win (just my opinion he looks more tough and hardcore and all) but they are videogame characters not real people and you can't really judge who will win for sure. tilly Posted August 21, 2006 Share Posted August 21, 2006 what does tommy being hardcore and italian and having a big gang and being a druglord and have better guns(he so doesnt) or being italian(how can italians fight better than anyone else) have anything to do with a fight? and were talking about overall cj, which means anything so he could win lose or tie w/e but it could be buff 0% fat cj with kickboxing, so he would win. and also yes if they were fighting in the rain and there was at least a 1 foot big puddle (tommy can live while its raining and the sea level is up and the water is over the dock, and he can walk a little into the sea) then tommy would be rendered incappable of doing anything but needing floatys. so cj would win.
