The only way to get peds to interact with you is to run right at them, then they'll yell at Niko, that's the only way. But you can't choose what to say.

^ I've seen the feature where Niko or any peds try to get in a car and they get stock in the door and get dragged with the car, but it's only for a few seconds before they can't hold any longer. I aslo hoped that you could take stuff from the trunk, carry weapon on your back. In the first or second trailer we saw Niko carrying bags in this back, we all thought that there were some kinds of weapon in them, but after playing the game we know that it's not like that. It's the money bag from the bank robbery. This was a very huge disapointning for me and most likely for other aswell.

You can't actually see when Niko is drinking, you only see when he is drunk afterwards.

There is a mission there you have to get a truck, it tryes to drive away but Niko have to run after it and hold on to it. I don't know if you can do that otherwise than that mission, I just finished it, I will check it out some more.

It's easy to find. When you get to the second island, you can go on a heli tour. That's south-east on the island, you simply steal one of the heli and you got it.

Yeah, I know what you mean. It's like the same thing only different places sometimes, but that's not all of them. I just manage to do the bank robbery in second try, the best mission I've played in IV so far.

I have done 56 missions, and im 32 % in the game. It's a great game, lots of good missions.

Body armour can be found in any gun shop around town. I have also discovered a little thing that I think most of us wanted to see in the game. When you get in a fight, and someone hits you, the cops don't react until Niko punch in selfdefense. That was something that was discussed in the Wishlist, but seem like we'll have to live with it anyway.

You can without discovery them, but the best thing is to go on a date or something then you get a lot of opportunitys. I've checking the most PDs but I can't enter any of them. I San Andreas you could enter the ones in Los Santos and in Las Venturas I think, can you be able to enter them in Liberty City also?

No. But it will come up in some sort of mission later in the game that's for sure.

You don't buy new cellphones. You get it when you complete missions later in the game.
