Well, I'm not much of a modder, but I know a thing or two. You will need: 1. ZModeller to make the 3D Models 2. A Paint Shop Pro (or any other image editors) to make skins 3. A ReadMe file from each of those programs. That's all you need. Oh, and there are many tutorials on the web. Use Google, it'll help.

Also, check your DirectX version, and your sound drivers. I know it's a pain, but it's one way.

What about the Video Card? The RAM is good enough, but the CPU speed is gonna chew your head.

When I'm finishing the missions, using cheats makes me feel like a loser who can't even win a fixed game. But when I'm messing around, cheats are like the sausage in my hotdog of GTA!!!

I loved the US versions. The GAS version was not bad because they were more financially supported than the WCC one. But the guys from WCC are juat better and have more bright ideas. Good thing Mad Mike is still on the show!

But just to make it a bit more clear for you, I got something to say: after that, (if you did finish all the missions at the abandoned airport), there should be a red marker (where you usually take missions from) just beside the Airplane in the Hangar which looks really like a WWII fighter plane.

Actually, when you are not using any Police Uniforms, they WILL shoot you on sight. With those M4s, you'll die in a couple of seconds. If you found all the Hidden Packages, the Hunter will also spawn in the First Island, on the Helipad where Colonel Juan Cortez used to live (but not the boat, the Villa a couple blocks near your Hotel).

Looks cool. Never actually know the basis of modding though. I suck hard at it!
