Sounds like these kids just need an old school "time out". That's where their dad takes time out of his busy day to beat their asses. The term "tried as an adult" comes to mind.

Also used to more elbow room. So for the longest time American cars were big heavy V8 powered road beasts. Little European cars could corner faster, but didn't hold up well to collisions. I own several that could punch through a brick wall & keep going. A perfect example was an article from Car Craft (circa 'mid '80s) on weight reduction of your car. as a baseline they ran the quarter mile w/ a '68 Cadillac Sedan DeVille vs a mid '60s VW Beetle. Even w/ the VW dismantled & in the trunk of the Caddy, the Caddy still had faster times. Even though the Caddy weighed near 3 tons, the 472 (just short of 8 liters) made short work of the bug.

I think I remember that show, about a guy who kept getting newspapers from a day in the future or something like that, & try to prevent murders & accidents. So, you're making episodes or a game mod?

You should be okay for the most part, just back up everything you plan to edit. The only time you have to worry about affecting your save game is when you play around w/ script edits.

Computer sat up on the gurney & insisted it was fine, refused to pay the ER bill & walked out. Now it's working again. I'm looking at a gigabyte board w/ AMD 64 4000, 2 gig of ram & on-board Ge-Force 6100 w/ a PCI express slot for upgrading. The board is support faster chips & up to 8 gig ram. There's also a new 500w power supply. This is through a authorized rep for about $300 & includes 24/7 tech support, after hours probably costing me a couple cold beers.

You must really hate my 35 & 44 year old cars. The redneck part I get, I generally tolerate them at best. Hate them for being jackasses, not me for my cars. The cars on the other hand, are a matter of choice & preference. Some of the new cars are okay but I cut my teeth on cars that could literally punch a hole through a brick wall & keep going. If you landed a job selling Smart Cars congrats, bit I'm really not interested. The only thing that pisses me off about them is $3 a gallon. Eventually we'll have no choice but to get serious w/ renewable fuels & better technology like fuel cells & hybrids. Speaking of pissed off, what do OPEC nations plan to do in a hundred years when oil is GONE & they've pissed off every other country in the world by being greedy?

My family tree traces back to the American revolution on both sides. A couple presidents, various revolutionaries & even the guy who wrote our national anthem (Francis Scott Key). I literally have blood in my country. Probably explains some of my attitude.

The ugly part of that Veyron is the gas mileage. At top speed they run out of gas in something like 12 minutes. At least I could drive the Morris a little while.
