Haven't forgot you, just busy. A friend has V2 but is an the middle of a system rebuild so he's not much right now. Most of what I've seen about the downgrader talks about it not working, Maybe someone will see this & help you get it sorted. You might be better off finding a V1 disc. Good Luck.

Some suite playing a money game I don't pretend to understand. As dumb as that sounds, I can see that happening. We just see the work of the programmers & idea people, have no idea who signs their paychecks.

In US models, I think the WRX is around 245. In the light body, you don't need much. The guy revvin' just let the car go to head. What next, fart mufflers (Really HATE those things. The guys w/ Neons usually grow out of it, but keep the cars for gas mileage.

You don't need to, just save everything but SCRIPT from the DATA folder. these are mostly text files & don't take a lot of room. You could burn the DATA folder to a CD (if you have a burner). Without the .EXE files, piracy should not be an Issue. Good Luck.

My weirdest dream was the Thanksgiving Alien. So I'm at the family home w/ all my family + H. R. Geiger's Alien having a nice holiday dinner when the alien gets up, runs out into the front yard & mutilates some poor SOB, comes back in & leads the Thanksgiving prayer. Swear to god I don't do drugs!!! Scariest one was the hellhound. A rottwieler the size of a Yankee tearing through the front of my house to get at me.

Yea we get that, sometimes. But mow much more did the 3 series cost? For a while the biggest bargain in the states was the cop issue Fox Body 'stangs (79-94), The State patrols of many states used them. When they reached a certain mileage, they were auctioned off for around $1500 (US). Left you w/ extra $$$ for things like Nitros (Nos is hollywood crap & offends most of the old schoolers) & superchargers. The one that really pisses me off is the Subaru WRX. At least he payed out the @ss to beat my '00 V6 'Stang.

Someone's been playing Mafia & Driver. The traffic laws were a Love/Hate thing but if they're going for realism, they'll at least consider them.

Don't quote me but I think once R* owned the right to GTA, anything from that was covered (GTA Vice City, GTA San Andreas...). So this might be long range plans. It's a happy thought anyway.

It's the Foster Vally Scrapyard. From your Trailer in Angel Pine, go north through town to Mt.Chiliad, turn east & follow the road through the pass. Just over the hill on the left (north) you'll see some quonset huts & shredders. Enter the yard & look in the northwest corner of the yard. There's also a Dozer & a beatup Glendale. The farm Tractor also works like a Tow Truck, at least in PC V1. Good luck.

I woke up in San Fierro this morning after dreaming I was an old guy in the midwest & ... wait a minute. Not just a Paris Hilton ped, she could be in a mission. Bust her outta Jail w/ 3 star warrant, lose the heat & get around the poparizis to return her to the bar. After this she shows up on the street & you can rescue her from the poparizis again. But I don't think the moose cares (my last post in this thread, #21).
