There are so many loose ends in the GTA 3 era, such as what you said, and many more, like Claude and his secret ability to speak in AAAAAAAAA!, OG Loc's whereabouts, and so on... OK, seriously, I would like to shed some light on these unanswered questions in the game, although this will involve pretty much some re-hashing of locations...

Me? A GTA game set in the present time; probably a continuation of the events of GTA 3 and San Andreas - there seems to be some loose ends in the game, y'know...

They usually make changes after they beta-test games (or applications), so it's no doubt that things may look different, whether it's the HUD fonts, maps, or anything else...

The only legal way (I think) of using an emulator for the PS2 is if you have the original, legit DVD ready for emulation. Of course, using warez rips to play is illegal...
