I think I've heard of cases like this... but it was from my hilarious supply teacher. He said when microwaves first come out, this old lady wanted to dry her puppy. This screenshot is really pretty useless. It doesn't really excite anyone, and it doesn't show anything new. All it shows is Niko standing on someone's patio. Big deal. And it seems new to me.

Just use the "Lock Wanted Level" cheat. Use this when your wanted level is 0. Then when you walk inside a police station, no officers will shoot at you and you won't get any wanted stars but this cheat does not remove the cops. To use this cheat on PC, type 'AEZAKMI' in-game (not on the pause menu). I hope this helps.

The reason that GTA:VC isn't as realistic as you would have wanted is because GTA:VC is a video game. That's right. GTA IV is now doing something different. It's gonna be MORE realistic, but some of these points will never be changed in the video game world like: Also, why would you care about "putting on clothes in 2 seconds". Did you actually enjoy the fact that in GTA:SA you had to wait 10 secs to have CJ put on a shirt? No. That's because it's not fun. Also, would you like to actually punch a person hundreds of times to kill him/her? The answer is no.

I think he means during the loading screen or main menu or whatever, he wants his own image (not photo) and his own text. I'm not completely sure if this is what he means, I am 70% sure.
