Yeah, if you did like the PS2 version, you will love the PC version (if you have the right hardware that is).
It is worth getting. Clothes are stored in *.bmp type of file. You save it into the skins file in the GTA directory in your hard-drive.
When you play Vice City in the PC, you start out with a menu (similar to the Pause menu on the PS2 version). One of those buttons should say "Skins". Click on it, and there you should see a selection of clothes (based on the files you put in the Skin folder). Click one and press OK to wear it.
But get this, if you did finish Vice City on your PS2 (the story missions), you might wann'a think twice about getting the PC version of it, they both are very similar. It is better to buy other PC games, like Company of Heroes for example, greeeeaat game!
