Checking the gamespot article, says they have no plan of releasing any mod tools, but they expect the mod crews to make more than what they did for VC, they think the bigger and better places to mod, will give a great chance to modders. You should check it here

Well, that happens everywhere once in a while I dont think is a big deal and everything was cleared in no time. With 2 mods in the UK and 2 more in USA, and some others I dont know where, the job can be done, and it wont be so hard.

But maybe we can have an unofficial AIM Chat Room, that way if someone wants to talk with members from here, they just can join there, specially when they can invite themselves
