ganglartoronto
Even if it was brought to pc, people would illegally download it and not pay the 50-60bucks
NotYouHaha
Even if it was brought to pc, people would illegally download it and not pay the 50-60bucks Yes, there will ALWAYS be people who do that, but look at GTA:SA PC and see how great a success that was, not to mention any other PC game. Rashon.
Even if it was brought to pc, people would illegally download it and not pay the 50-60bucks Correct me if wrong, but don't some freeloaders do the same thing now with the existing versions? ganglartoronto
Yes they do, but what is your point? Im sure rockstar is more concerned about getting money off their games rather than having people just download it.
MrLlamaLlama
So.. what you're saying is.. R* stand to lose money if they make a PC version? Bollocks.

Slyde
I'm starting to lose faith in GTA IV for PC. Its coming to the end of June and we still have no news whatsoever. I think what will happen now is either, Never or Somewhere next year. I guess I'll have to wait for SR2 for a sandbox game. Rockstar are becoming console whores, kissing Sony and Microsoft's ass. Shortbus
*prays for a PC version* I also hope that the COD4 people are right and this game will be about like COD4, requirement wise. I play COD4 with no probs. I watch videos about it on youtube all the time. I dont mind being spoiled.
JustADummy
I sure want GTA IV for PC, it would be awesome to play with Niko on PC, but the controls would suck.
MrLlamaLlama
LOL have you tried manual aim with a joypad recently? To be blunt, it fucking sucks compared to a mouse.
EvoLuTioN
but the controls would suck. How come, PC's have the best control (fanboy) And its a shit pain to aim with a stick,The controlis one of the reasons that I hope they release it for PC also followed by the fact that I don't own a console! JustADummy
Dude, there are more controls in GTA IV than in other GTA.
Ivan
Dude, there are more controls in GTA IV than in other GTA. I'm not sure that's true but even if it was that wouldn't make the controls necessarily difficult to use.
Kitsune Inferno
LOL have you tried manual aim with a joypad recently? To be blunt, it fucking sucks compared to a mouse. Maybe on your system, but I can't aim for shit on my PC! Then again, that's because I can hardly move my mouse because of the limited space this POS desk has, so that's my problem. But I still think pressing C to crouch is insane.
JustADummy
My desk is tiny too, I can hardly play SA with the mouse, I have to use my controller.
Shortbus
My desk is massive. I suck ass with analog, but give me a mouse, and it's headshot time. You can plug a mouse and keyboard into an Xbox 360, aye?
rockstarrem
I'm very interested in this myself: http://gizmodo.com/gadgets/gadgets/xcm-bri...-360-217332.php
MattyDienhoff
Even if it was brought to pc, people would illegally download it and not pay the 50-60bucks I'm guessing your reasoning behind that conclusion is "people don't want to pay for something they already own on another system". Right? If so, you neglected to consider the fact that there are actually people out there who only play games on PC and don't already own the game at all... MrLlamaLlama
Dude, there are more controls in GTA IV than in other GTA. Dude, there are more keys on a keyboard than there are controls for oblivion, and that game, i shit you not, has a hotkey for EVERYTHING.
Gycu
Fea days ago ScottyC ( random guy ) emailed Rockstar and told them he has a GTA PC free demo and he thanked them for making the game such a great experience he got some interesting responses Currently there isn\'t a PC release of GTA IV, especially not a free to download one. ... currently ... The PC version of GTA IV has not even been announced for release and is still in development so is not about to be released on a website we have no knowledge of. Have you got another version of GTA? There are other versions that are available on-line, the list are below, could it be one?GTA GTA 2 GTA 3 GTA Vice City GTA San Andreas So it's still in development, the guy could just say it is not avaible but he sayed it's still in development ... We have not yet officially released the game for the PC ... We are unsure when the PC version of the game will be released as we are only technical support and do not receive information on the matter. I would suggest keeping an eye on www.rockstargames.com for any information. :o Here is the full conversation.
