Hey Butters! Use the GTA SA Admin Console and hold LShift. This will give you a boost. Also, use the + key to make your cars fly up into the air.

Ok, I found that in my GTA3.img, but what's that got to do with the "UFO" lights?

@ Claude, you'll have 2 things to investigate if you see this also. @ Butters, This thing is not in gta3.img file either. Nothing under the name ufo.txd or .dff is found. As I said, I started seeing these at the START of my new game. Now I'm a little in the missions of Badlands.
