that set of 3 numbers is a RGB code. eg 200, 155, 70 200 red , 155 green, 70 blue 255 is the maximum and 0 is minimum so if you had 255,255,255 it would be white just open paint and then you can use that. go to the bottom where all the colours are, then double click one of them. you get a little box with basic colours and custom colours. click define custom colours, then type whatever numbers into red green blue and you can see it there.

when i download stuff its usually music, or sometimes a movie (maybe 1 a month). sometimes i download psp games, i barely ever download pc games (not new ones anyways) since my laptop isnt good enough. i did try out the iTunes store - it's good if you only ever use iPod or iTunes, only 128kbps so its average quality. the biggest pain is if you put the songs on a usb, then the itunes on the other computer u have to authorize and onyl allowed to authorize up to 5 comps, can only burn to cd X times, other stupid stuff like that. So i would probably buy a CD over getting the album on itunes, at least i can rip the cd to whatever quality mp3 (no bloody drm) ages ago when i was one of the few in my school with broadband i used to burn movies onto cd and sell them for like $5 at school. then i sorta got busted (not me particularly, a senior teacher mentioned it at assembly) "I do buy Bootleg DVD Movies" how can you pay for those, how much did you pay anyway, i wouldnt pay more than $2 a movie (cost of disc) cos they are getting it for free... I dont think theres any difference between 1 song and a movie or a game, piracy is piracy. But you hear about such crazy things with RIAA like suing that 12 year old girl and making her pay $2 a song or something. ( x 1000) source thats just nuts.

you mean for cars??? they go in carcols.dat which would be in your data folder eg C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA Vice City\data\carcols.dat

vice city is pretty good setting i reckon but 2009 is too early i think...maybe 2010

fav car, hmm tough decision. tied between cheetah, phoenix and sabre turbo helicopter, probably the hunter, the news helicopter is very manouverable though, much more than maverick. although the sea sparrow is cool with the guns on it

its set to standard controls, no joystick. and the controls are what they are when i installed. sometimes the mouse will work, other times it wont. when it doesnt, i press esc to go to the menu, then esc again to go back to the game, and just repeat that til it works. usually works after 3 times in and out of pause

Yeh u can collect money from both for the boatyard you have to beat the mission with the boat collecting the packages. either one will do. u get $2000 a day for boatyard i think for cherry popper ice cream, u have to deliver minimum 50 ice cream in one go, then it will be unlocked and generate up to $3000 a day

tough decision i would probably go with ps3 cos of blueray, and i like the control better (probably because i had a ps2) also check out the topic i made when trying to decide between them

um i dont think it matters, but if you install the radio stations, it wouldnt read from the cd as much since they're on your hd. regardless you still need the cd so its just personal preference, i installed them cos my laptop cd drive is noisy so it keeps it a little quieter. what do you mean it stops? it freezes? crash to desktop? do you get a error? do you get one of those error reporting send/dont send things?
