I don't think there's any real health risk with it being a one off. If you've suffered from dizziness or anything from looking at screens before, i'd say likelihood is it'll manifest itself here, but if you haven't it should be cool. A demo of the game doesn't exist for any console or system. To play the game you'll have to buy it.

There's been some debate on the terminology, but, presuming you're on about the scarf used to cover a woman's face, (this is what bear intended to describe in the OP) it's that their identity is as near as completely hidden. This can make it incredibly hard to identify them should they commit a crime, and easy to hide distinctive marks that can result in a positive identification, again, should they commit a crime.

I think the reason they called it 4, is because 3, vc and sa all used renderware. 4 uses a new engine, and is an evolution of the formula. This paves the way for the next 2 games to have names based on locations. Also Gta1 - Libery City, Vice City, San andreas. GTA2 - future LC III - LC VC - Vice City SA - San andreas IV - Liberty City.
