You could just edit the map, then add in a waterfall texture kinda thing, like the ones outside the casinos in LV. The water would automatically come over the dam if the collision files lowered it, i should think. Not sure how you'd do it, that just seems the logical way.

9 Series aren't really any different to the 8 series. An 8800 would probably, misleadingly so, outperform a 9600 (it'd have to be 8800GT and 9600GT, for example.), but that doesn't stop the 9600 being a good card. The lower level 9 series are astonishingly cheap, too, but will still haul a steady framerate on max in most games (i get a constant 50 something in COD4, max, at 1680x1050). The point i also want to make is you don't NEED a 9800GTX. Unless you're planning to run a 40" plasma screen or some balls like that then there simply is NO NEED. My advice: The 8800 is still the definitive card on the market, getting cheap now, And you won't need anything more unless you plan to go past a 26 or something + inch screen.

Like, they'll often walk in to pass the phone, or something, and see me make mincemeat out of someone in Dark Messiah (Full on dismemberment system in that game ) but yeah, they aren't bothered either way. There are, of course arguments that say that teenagers - especially boys - benefit from a release, such as video games, heavy music, etc. Another place (ingame) where their actions cannot affect those around them, but they can still get a good 'release'. My mother works at a primary school, and the debate is often raised about letting kids play fight (plastic swords and all that shit) - is it building up an instinct to violent behavior, or preventing it from being released elsewhere? There really is no point in getting dual 8800gts'. That card could probably run IV at 1680x1050 (22") on full anyway. By the time next year rolls around, lots will have changed. Intel has announced the architecture for it's larabee chips not too long ago, so i have a feeling Nvidia will be putting out some mean cards to try and stifle them, likelihood is that the competition will lower prices, too.
