You could just be running files that got corrupt in setup. Did you delete your III folder in prog.files when you reinstalled? A few files (especially those which might not be recognized if they're corrupt) can linger afterwards. Just a thought.

Mods designed for vice city generally don't work in San Andreas. If you really wanted to try, the best way would be to do it manually.

That may be what it is intended for, but there is nothing to regulate what people think or vote. 99% of votes won't have anything to do with the decency of the person, but just how much of a friend to the voter they are. But the more 'decent' a member is, the more friends they are likely to have, which would result in a higher rating. If a member is nothing but a douchebag, and isn't popular, their rating will be lower.

Grab the exe in the installation folder and go properties > then run in the Win2k / ME / XP compatibility mode.

The front half (windscreen forward) of that car is actually nice. It's not unlike the gorgeous Jag XJSV12.

It does work, but lag occurs if you have your settigns too high, which then voids the point of having a graphics enhancer. It's a really good tool for making screenshots and stuff, i don't recommend it for gameplay though, as the bloom is really over-exaggerated.
