BW has come out with editors for all three games. The Vice City editor doesn't work with San Andreas for a number of reasons, but mainly because of the mission segment sizes and the fact that the SA .scm needs a new script.img to work. Get the editor for SA in the San Andreas>Tools section of the downloads here.

Not true and not true. What if you have 0% and enter a cheat? Do you get -1%? No. The only way to hinder your game progress is the Vice City PS2 health cheat. Only the health cheat only on Vice City only on PS2 will keep you at 99%. All other cheats on VC PS2 don't block you. All the other GTA games on all other platforms all other cheats don't block you. Only the health cheat on the PS2 version of Vice. Geez, this is like the 100th topic about this. The PC and Xbox versions of Vice are ones where you can put the health cheat in. First you Tommy is the best and then you say CJ is the best, and CJ doesn't count because it's FIDO or Tommy, even though some fucking idiots call him Fido, even though he is Claude. Also, you have no clue when the GTA games happened. GTA Vice City happened in 1986. Tommy was 35 then so he'd be 54-55 today. GTA: San Andreas was in 1992 and assuming CJ was 30 then, he'd be 43 today. GTA3 was in 2001 and I'm guessing Claude was about 27 in that game, because of his cameo in SA, he had to be at least 18 then. Also, Claude from GTA3 was the same Claude from GTA2, which happened in Augest 2005, so today he'd be somewhere between 32-35. Also, dolt, CJ is a pussy, taking shit from everybody like Ryder, who tells him he's just a liability. Tommy would never have taken that from anyone. Also, wouldn't you want revenge on some bitch who shoots you and leaves you to die in jail? Claude got power in Liberty his own way, so did Tommy. Tommy is the best character ever in any GTA, Claude is cool to, so's CJ, but TOMMY is the best. Learn your facts before you post, and do addition right.
