I wouldn't, seeing as there's no gold weapons in the game, and no unlockables for the headshots. It's why I'm still playing COD4. I spared his life, because apparently you can kill him at a later point, and get loads of goodies from his room. Fun game, I really like going around on massive killing sprees but, holy shit, is this game ever hard at times, and I have it on normal difficulty. I can just imagine how impossible it is on hard. The devastators are pretty awesome too (Groundspike + ton of people = <3). Still have to start working on the events. Other than that playing GRiD and Chronicles of Riddick.
