Its a mission you do for 'The Truth' in the countryside, I dont recall what the mission is called. All you do in that mission is burn weed with the flamethrower and Carl gets a bit high. Also you cannot smoke weed or any drug in SA.

Sometimes only a few of your outfits would be delivered to one of your houses, like in the Vercetti Mansion there was 'Street' and 'Frankie' outfit. I hope they have all the outfits in all the houses, instead of dotted around the map.

Yeah, and they will probably look nicer then.
