This creates jobs & more people have money that they spend on things made by businesses. More people working = less people on state aid & more that can pay taxes, so EVERYONE has to pay less. Short version, economic boom we fondly remember as the '80s. While he was at it, he had faith in Chrysler & gave them a bailout in the form of a loan. That faith was well place & within a year Chrysler not only turned around, they paid back the loan & bought up AMC (how Chrysler acquired Jeep). The hostages were released within minutes of his inauguration out of fear that he would follow through on his promise of strong military action. While Iran avoided this action, Libya just never got a clue & kept openly supporting terrorist attacks. Early one morning they were visited by the US Air Force & suddenly lost interest in screwing w/ the Americans.

"IN GOD WE TRUST" clearly printed in the middle, probably because the US was founded by Christians & is a predominately Christian nation. If you have a problem w/ that, why did you come here? On one hand there's the people citing religious reasons to condemn gays versus "life, liberty & happiness". Add to that the recent discovery of a direct correlation between the size of the hypothalamus & sexual preference, a part of the brain that occurs naturally as part of a body God created "in his own image". Where does God create this masterpiece of engineering? In the womb, as a "fetus". One thing I could never get clear was the mindset that it's okay to kill an unborn child out of convenience but when some sick bastard decides to hunt & kill people just for fun it's wrong to put them to death. Back to topic. Last night (it's Sunday now) I'm watching Fox news (save it, you already know I'm an evil Reagan conservative) & I see a story that Iran has successfully launched a telecommunications satellite. Think about that for a minute. Iran calls the US the big Satan & Israel the little Satan. They've also been working on a nuclear energy program. What do you plan to do about that Obama?

I got that modding Vice City a few times, you're bound to run into that when you start changing things out. VC & SA are close enough that most aspects of modding will be the same. It's probably something in the model of the AE86. It may be corrupted or something in it or there's a conflict between it & another model. errors in the DATA entries would usually let the game load & it wouldn't freeze until you came across the vehicle in the game. The only exception to that is if you got the cars out of order in the files HANDLING.CFG or VEHICLES.IDE. What other mods do you have installed & does the game work if you remove the AE86?

WTF?!?! Are they giving any reason? If they're going to suspend a player they need to cite specifics, like why & based on who's complaint. Having to disclose your gametag would discourage false complaints.

I think that one is mainly for DATA edits. For .DFF files you'll want something like Zmodeler. Okay, just looked at it in the downloads section, here's the description - Ultimate Editor can edit nearly every aspect of San Andreas, and has an inbuilt trainer which can also be edited. It can edit weapon stats, Game code, Game cheats, IMG files, Txd file, Gxt files, Install Mods, View Mods, Pedestrian editor, Store Editor, Vehicle Editor, Weapon Editor, Inventory Editor. You name it, the Ultimate Editor will most probably have it.

VCS is set in '84, VC in '86. VCS also has the amphibious 6-wheeler.

New tracks for Liberty Rock & Radio Broker, good. Those are my two favorites in GTA4.

Just follow him until he ditches the Vortex. From there you get a different vehicle & continue the chase in Los Santos until he gets to a destination. Again, just follow him & pass the mission.

Great time killer in co-op. TAZER TAG!!! The shock paddles won't work on your partner & you can't grab 'em, but the tazer works is funny as hell. In a round of full blown tazer tag all weapons eventually become fair game. I usually end up satchels (me) VS RPGs (partner), resulting in hilarious mutual kills, usually inside one of the savehouses. Last night he thought he got the drop on me, literally. He jumped off one of the savehouses ( I was on the ground) & managed to evade fire on the way down, landing behind one of the limos where I couldn't see him (knowing I had the sniper rifle instead of the RPG). Then he saw the satchel on the hood of the limo. BOOM!!! Blowing up a car doesn't seem to count as friendly fire & usually results in fire injury as well as splash damage from the explosion. We've also established the animation of getting into the UFO is a little slow for quick getaways, I planted a couple on his canopy while he was taking off. We also established that you can't see what's going on around you when your in the garage menu. While calling up a heli he didn't see the satchel I threw on the helipad just under the heli he called up. I laughed so hard I had to pause the game because I thought I would pass out. That one made up for starting the round w/out telling me. It goes both ways, sometimes you dominate & sometimes you get owned, but it sure is fun.

Check your internet connection, you may have call your provider to check it out. I'm on Roadrunner through Time Warner Cable & they can "ping" my connection from their office. They may also be able to point you to something simple you haven't thought of.

Lackluster?!?! Compared to what? SA was originally released as a PS2 game & was packed. When it was (un)ported back to PC there were better textures, etc. Compared to new games it might not look as good but for the time it looked pretty good, even on my old Nvidia 440 video card. Unlike GTA4 it would play on most systems people had, except for laptops that had onboard video.
